Store Keeper

• Receive supplies, components, tools, equipment’s and other items and account for them properly
• Receives and inspects all incoming supplies and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Receives, unload and shelve supplies
• Provide proper classification and codification of materials
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
• Checks the quality and quantity of supplies to makes sure it complies with the ordered specifications.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Prepares periodicals reports of quantities available.
• Receives and stores returned properties.
• Issue materials as per material issue requisition form signed by an authorized person
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Organizes the supplies in the store according to the proper storage conditions of each.
• Maintains the stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Fills supply requisitions.
• Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries
• Prepares report of damaged supplies with justification.
• Assures the security of the store.

Qualification:

• Bsc  in logistics, economics, accounting, management and related field

Experience:

• Minimum two years experience in  warehouse, store keeping and related position
• Language / IT  :  Proficient English, Amharic
• Proficient in Ms Office(Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent Organization skill
