Responsibilities 

• Assist in local purchasing tasks
• Align with internal stakeholders as relevantAssist in evaluating optimal logistics solution to support a cost-effective flow of goods to and from the site
• Assist in updating local parameters in Matrix as instructed
• Support supplier invoice control in line with company guidelines.
• Assist and support in tasks related to customs procedures and regulations
• Follow up and report on agreed KPI’s
• Manage defined IM categories on delegation

Competencies

• Knowledge on international shipping, local & international purchases
• Knowledge on local & international laws related to transportation and customs
• Knowledge on supplier network
