Company Desription

Ethiopian Steel PLC was incorporated in 1996 and operates out of the capital city, Addis Ababa. It supplies roof sheeting in corrugated, mini-corrugated and tile profiles.  It also manufactures ridges, flashings and gutters, bullnosed sheets, and steel door profiles.

Brands already launched in the market are: Versatile, Romantile, Trimflute, Covermax, EGA 300, EGA 500 & 11/3 Corrugated roofing sheets in painted and unpainted.

The Gondor Service Centre is a satellite production centre which caters to the needs of customers in the local region, providing them with rapid manufacture and speedy delivery.  This plant currently produces only normal corrugation in our brands of Anbessa, AnbessaPlus and Resincot.

The company also has 3 Showrooms :  Megenagna in the Addis Ababa city centre, Lebu which is 10kms further out and a third showroom at Adama.  All showrooms are supported by Field Sales Teams to support our customers. These teams are trained fundi’s who can take roof measurements, and may also arrange for the drawing of roof plans.
