- Job Description:
- Administering the document management system of the company including uploading, searching, and printing of contracts, minutes, bylaws, certificates, and so on.
- Drafting and reviewing various contracts.
- Notifying departments of the Company when contracts, certificates, and licenses are expired, or payments are due.
- Managing documents signed by the General Manager of the Company and other authorized employees upon receiving such documents from the authorized staff.
- Assist the Legal Head in various legal issues of the Company
- Assist the Contract Manager in the contract management process
- Assist the Regulatory Manager in the effective provision of legal advice
- Assist the Compliance Officer in the implementation of the compliance program of the Company
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities of the archiving and documents documentation officer
