- Job Description:
Purpose of the job description: Responsible to collect and process transport related documents and record FOs
Key Objectives of the Job Position
- Collect transport related document from drivers and prepare for payment request.
- Prepare and settle drivers per dime, allowance, fuel and other trip costs
- Record all operations, fills on daily follow up sheet, record on job coting sheet and other internal recording
- Watches and follow ups dispatching time and producers apart from collecting cargo delivery documents from drivers, cheek reconciliation and submit reports
- Job Requirements:
Educational Requirement
- BA in management, Accounting, or related field of study.
Minimum Work experience
- BA 2 years relevant work experience
Additional Skills
- Must be Excellent in documentation and reporting
- Must be good computer knowledge in Microsoft office application (Ms word, Excel powerpoint)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter and internally driven to success and hard work
