Habesha is looking for a Shift Manager - Brewing  (Duty Station: Debere Berhan) which is a Grade 12 position per the Company’s job grading.  

The Role Summary:

Working with the team, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating, directing and controlling of various resources (HR, brewing ingredients & Machineries), Cellar, filtration and brewing process to maintain the required quality of product with efficient and effective manner under her/his shift.    

The Person:

This role requires an experienced Shift Brewing Manager, who will have the opportunity to develop his/her career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. B.Sc. Degree in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Brewing Industry.
