INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIOIN OF INTEREST

PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of sealed Company Profiles from eligible bidders for the consultancy service who have interest to participate on assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice of safe water transport, handling and storage; And willingness and ability of community to pay for drinking water survey in selected kebeles of Sidama region, Ethiopia;  And designing of different guidelines according to the TOR shared up on the request from the interested company.

Eligible consultancy service providers who have valid license for the current year can collect the TOR from PIN office in Hawassa (Kebele 05 behind Central Hotel), tel. 0462123135 or 0462122140 or Addis Ababa, Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 904 Tel. Tel 0116185121 or 011 662 0503 or send the request on procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz until 18/06/2021 during working days.

If any of the tenderers requires any clarification relating to the TOR, such question should be sent to the following email address: procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz until 22/06/2021. If PIN answers the question, all other tenderers will be copied for the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. To ensure that PIN could copy the answer to all tenderers, all Tenderers are advised to send their e-mail contacts to the above specified PIN e-mail address, or otherwise ensure that PIN knows their contact details.

In case the Tenderer does not inform PIN about corresponding e-mail address PIN will send the copy of the answer to any e-mail address available to PIN from public sources and then the Tenderer cannot claim that they/it did not know the same information as other Tenderers. Questions could be answered only until 23/06/2021. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Technical and Financial offers enclosed in different envelop to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 28th June 2021, 03:00 PM (Local time Afternoon 09:00) to following address: Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building. PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.904. Bids received after the closing date & time or not properly enclosed will not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on 28th June 2021, 03:30 PM (Afternoon 09:30 local time): Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building) and PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.904 based on the submitted bids. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
