Job Description:

Our construction company Emperium Real Estate is looking for an Office Manager. 

MAJOR/CORE ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB

  • Provides office management secretarial tasks by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work schedules of support staff; maintaining equipment and office supplies
  • Write letters and maintain administrative control records,
  • Write contracts, assist with the day-to-day administration of contracts with external contractors;
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance of unit data and files, ensure its accuracy and that it is readily available and accessible by the function when required.
  • Responsible for setting appointments, arranging meetings, maintaining calendars, copying files, entering data into computer systems
  • Maintaining link between office and site relationships.
  • Collaborate and work with sales team  
  •  Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Secretarial Science or related fields
  • 5 years of experience 

Additional skill & Attribute 

  • Ability to supervise work and people
  • Leading ability
  • Communication ability in speaking, reading and writing English and Amharic
  • Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
  • Pro-activeness and analytical ability
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Work experience in the area of construction and real estate industry is advantageous
