JOB SUMMARY: Direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Qualification:  Degree in Marketing Management, Management, business Management, Hotel Management.

Work experience: 4 years of relevant work experience

Technical and other skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Amharic,
• Highly skilled in providing a timely, efficient, and considerate customer service
• Ability to work independently,
• Strong management skills and excellent attention to details.
• Ability to effectively manage team members, very organized and have an effective problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in stress, and fast paced collaborative environment.
