REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Project Concern International/ PCI/ is an International NGO with a registration number 0916 has recently secured a funding from US Agency for International Development (USAID) in Ethiopia for its project Resilience in Pastoralist Areas (RIPA) South that will improve resilience to enhance food security and inclusive economic growth for lowland pastoral communities

PCI is seeking qualified Payroll/ payment services consultant to provide price quotations for the services detailed below:

A)     Scope of work

1.      Payroll

• Prepare and pay monthly staff salaries and benefits for 30-50 staff members
• Prepare and report payroll liabilities/ deductions to concerned authorities, and pay the liabilities within due dates
• Provide copy of payments submitted to authorities.
• Provide monthly payroll related reports to PCI

2.      Goods and service procurement payments

• Receive complete procurement documentations for goods and services from PCI and withhold taxes (if applicable) and pay vendors
• Prepare monthly withholding taxes, report, and pay the liabilities to Ethiopian Customs Authority

3.      Prepare monthly reports using agreed templates and submit with original documentations to PCI Ethiopia Office

Qualification

All bidders must have:

• Registered Company in Ethiopia
• At least three years’ minimum experience in similar services.
• Renewed professional and Business licenses for the year 2012 EC,
• Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax certificate,
• Able to provide at least three references
• Provide a separate bank account to be used for only  PCI-Ethiopia transactions
