Job Description:

In pursuit to serve our valued local and international customer with exquisite coffee and pastry along with our exceptional customer service, JIH plan to open a number of retail coffee shops with Hadero brand.

To this end, we are looking for highly motivated and energetic personnel to join our team in the following position.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual statements needed to show the financial position and operation results of the company
  • Checks/verifies all payment before approval
  • Checks payments and other expenditures that they are consistent with the approved financial procedures of the company.
  • Checks the completeness of documents before any payment is effected
  • Checks/verifies payrolls of the staff and makes sure that it is paid and all necessary government taxes are deducted and paid on time.
  • Processes purchasing transactions and communicates with suppliers, contractors, and department officials and employees regarding purchase requisitions, specifications, bids, contracts, orders, and related matters; the drafting, review, and comparison of specifications and prices of competitive items; Represent our company’s products and services.
  • Evaluate proposals, bids, and quotations; and the awarding or recommendation of contract awards within prescribed limits.
  • Processes purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority; secures price quotations and prepares terms, conditions, and/or specifications for prospective purchases; and participates in bid tabulation, and places orders for materials, equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Assists in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, promotes good procurement practice with due regard to quality, sustainability and value for money.
  •  Prepares and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
Job Requirements:

Qualification Requirement

Education: BA in business (Accounting,Marketing, sales, procurement, economics, management, and others) and other related fields

Experience: 2 years’ experience in procurement     

 Additional requirements:

  • Analytical, decision making and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven history of successful goal setting and achievement and strong team player.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
